Public Performing Rights – NO Admission Charge – PRIVATE FUNDRAISER *Case by Case Basis*

We are happy to provide you with a Public Performing Rights License so that you can host a screening and raise funds for a cause that is near and dear to your heart. With that said, we will speak with you directly to gather more information. We may request that you TAG “Scramble the Seawolves” in your Event Photos on Social Media and/or Distribute Flyer/Postcard advertising Blu-ray “Extended Version” of Scramble the Seawolves.

A flat fee of $300 is to be paid in full before the screening of Scramble the Seawolves. The Public Performing Rights License fee includes a one-year screening License, one copy of the Blu-ray of Scramble the Seawolves and one 18x24 Movie Poster. Digital images are available to assist you in your personal promotion of screening event and will be provided upon request. Arballo Entertainment will cover all shipping costs of the exhibition copy of Scramble the Seawolves and the Movie Poster. 

Process: Simply purchase the Public Performing Rights License from online store at www.scrambletheseawolves.com. Once order is placed, a representative from Arballo Entertainment will contact you directly to gather additional details and will immediately send to you, electronically, the Public Performing Rights License for your review and signature. Signed copy of License should be returned to Arballo Entertainment promptly. Payment can be made via PayPal or Major Credit Card/Debit Card through the website or Check via Regular Mail. 

Public Performing Rights – WITH Admission Charge (Public “Theatrical Screening” with typical Movie Ticket prices charged at the door)

If you ARE CHARGING ADMISSION for a theatrical screening, the Guaranteed Advance of $350.00 will need to be paid in full before screening of Scramble the Seawolves. After your screening, 50% of the Total Box Office, less the “flat fee” of $350 will be paid to Arballo Entertainment. 

EXAMPLE:

Total Box Office (gross) $2,000

50% of Total Box Office $1,000

LESS Advance Guarantee of $350.00

Amount due to Arballo Entertainment $650

• If 50% is less than or equal to the Guarantee of $350.00 then no other monies are due to Arballo Entertainment

Public Performing Rights (With/Without Admission Charge) where Host would like DIRECTOR/PRODUCER TO ATTEND THE SCREENING *Case by Case Basis (Attendance at Screening will be based on several factors including but not limited to: Location, Type of Event, # of anticipated attendee’s, ability to advertise/sell Blu-Ray’s of Scramble the Seawolves and Director/Producer availability)

Let’s have a conversation about your Event, so that we can determine the feasibility of our Attendance as well as attendance and participation of local Seawolves. Depending on Location and details of Event, Arballo Entertainment may request Accommodations (Airfare for Director and Producer, car rental and hotel). 

For events where Arballo Entertainment is present, whether it is WITH or WITHOUT Admission Charge, the Public Performing Rights Flat Fee ONLY of $300 will still be due to Arballo Entertainment and paid in full prior to the Screening.
